As the proprietor of Let’s Pack & Go, Dream Vacations Travel Agency Franchise, she specializes in curating exquisite, wellness-focused getaways that span the gamut from sporting events to villas, river cruises, and yachts, both within the confines of domestic beauty and across international frontiers.
In addition to her travel enterprise, Dr. Cynthia is the visionary behind SweetB Designs, an embroidery company renowned for its bespoke, high-quality embroidery work, specialized accessories, and versatile indoor/outdoor decor. Moreover, it serves as a creative hub, offering individuals the chance to explore the art of sewing and unlock their imaginative potential.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Dr. Cynthia serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Bryant & Stratton College, Virginia Beach Campus, where she imparts her wisdom in the fields of Business and Human Resources. She finds immense gratification in educating diverse groups, fostering discourse on a myriad of perspectives and ideas.
Dr. Cynthia boasts a wealth of corporate experience spanning over a quarter-century, with her primary focus being the dissemination of lifelong knowledge. Throughout her career, she has held roles as a Human Resources Professional, equipping employees with practical insights and sustainable pathways to excel in their respective vocations. Later, she made a transition to the world of education, earning licensure as a Secondary Teacher, where she instilled applied learning in youth, steering them toward responsible citizenship.
In her continued quest for education and expression, Dr. Cynthia hosts a podcast titled "The Educator’s Lounge," where she delves into the realm of the educator's XP. She also extends her guidance and mentorship to fellow educators on their teaching journeys through Dr. Cynthia R. Tyler Enterprises.
Dr. Cynthia's academic journey is marked by notable achievements, including a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, a master’s degree in Human Resources, and a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.
Furthermore, Dr. Cynthia is an active member and occupies officer positions within various professional associations and Boards. As the youngest of nine siblings, she calls the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia her home.
